We strive to deliver your laptop accessories (SSDs, RAM, and chargers) quickly and safely across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Areas

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

  • Major cities: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Quetta, etc.
  • Smaller cities and rural areas (delivery may take longer)

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 business days (after order confirmation)
  • Major Cities (Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi): Usually 1–3 business days
  • Other Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000
  • Flat Shipping Fee of Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 5,000
  • Actual shipping cost may vary for remote areas or heavy items.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after successful payment confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may take slightly longer for verification.
  • We ship from our warehouse/store in Rawalpindi.

We use reliable courier services including:

  • TCS
  • BlueEx
  • Trax
  • or other reputable local couriers

6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can track your parcel using the courier’s website or by contacting us.

7. Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address with:

  • Correct phone number (reachable during delivery)
  • Proper landmarks or building name
  • Clear instructions (if needed)

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp 03394316433 or email info@laptopaccessories.pk.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
