Refund policy

At LaptopAccessories.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • The 7-day period starts from the date you receive the product (as per tracking).

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, tags, and warranty cards must be included and undamaged.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • For SSDs and RAM: The sealed blister pack or anti-static bag must not be opened.
  • For Laptop Chargers/Adapters: The product must not be used or tested.

Note: We do not accept returns on opened or installed SSDs, RAM modules, or used chargers due to hygiene and compatibility reasons.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or installed SSDs and RAM
  • Used or tested laptop chargers/adapters
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance (if marked)

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via:
  2. Provide your Order Number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if requested).
  3. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address (usually in Rawalpindi/Islamabad).
  4. Ship the item back at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error – wrong item or defective product).
  5. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For cash on delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your provided bank account (IBAN required).
  • Bank transfer fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchange for a different size/capacity or model (subject to stock availability) instead of a refund. The same 7-day rule and eligibility conditions apply.

7. Defective or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund + return shipping reimbursement (upon verification with photos).

8. Important Notes

  • All products sold on LaptopAccessories.pk are genuine (SanDisk, Kingston, Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.). We do not accept returns due to change of mind on opened electronics.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • This policy is subject to change. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase will apply.
